A shipping and tracking system applied to our deliveries to customers is one of the key points to ensure a good service.

The AMES Logistics Department is the responsible for receiving customer orders, transforming them in manufacturing orders, tracking the deliveries from the factories, and finally arranging the shipments to customers from the warehouses of finished product.

AMES has three Logistic Centers, in Barcelona (Spain), Lancaster (Pennsylvania, USA) and Monterrey (Mexico), all being coordinated from the logistics department at the headquarters. It also works with a large number of distribution and sourcing platforms in several countries as Germany, France, UK, Italy, etc.

Each logistic center has a picking system of standard Selfoil® bearings, which enables to deliver within 24 hours upon order receipt.

Logistics management is carried out by using the most modern systems of data exchange (Web Orders, EDIFACT, etc.).
